Tissued frontispiece and many illustrations from photographs, decorations, maps and plans by Blanche McManus. Spine panel a bit faded, two tiny spots to back panel. A fresh bright near fine copy. With the bookplate of Norman Edward Mack to the front pastedown endpaper. Mack was the publisher of the Buffalo Daily Times and chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 1908 to 1912.
