Laid in is an original United Cigar Stores bookmark introducing The Mystery League books, which were sold exclusively in United Cigar Stores and Whelan and Neve Drug Stores. A touch of fading to spine panel and three tiny tears to the lower edge of three of the leaves. This is a bright near fine copy in a striking near fine Art Deco dustjacket by Eugene Thurston with very mild edge wear and a faint smudge to the rear panel. The bookmarks has a few small spots on the front and numbers in pencil on the back. ; Octavo.
