Antique Portable Writing Desk/Box with Glass Inkwell.

Late 19th Century small portable writing desk/box. The top is decorated with an image of a cherub. The inner part is divided in four compartments for paper, pen nibs, and a small glass inkwell. The writing area is lined with velvet. A tiny functional skeleton key locks the desk. There is a small chip to the top of the inkwell where the cap threads. The wood is a bit worn and scuffed. Condition is good.
