Terms of Sale
Please note:
Because of recent changes in the implementation of tariffs we are forced to temporarily increase shipping costs to orders received from abroad. We may use a courier rather than the US Postal Service when possible. Any extra charges, customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All items are subject to prior sale. Payment required at time of purchase. Books may be reserved by phone or e-mail and will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending payment.
Standard charges are for books up to 2.2 lbs (1 kg). We will contact you if extra postage is necessary for heavier books, sets, collectibles and other items.
Uninsured parcels are sent at buyer's risk. Insurance is extra and will be charged at cost. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and fees.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, wire transfer.
Orders above $1500 are payable via wire transfer. If you prefer to use a credit card or PayPal, there is a 5% extra charge to cover fees.
Paypal payment goes to: info@parigibooks.com. PayPal orders ship to address on file with PayPal, as per their regulations.
Refunds
Items are guaranteed as described. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days and we will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. Item(s) must be in the same condition as received. Please insure item for full amount and send us an e-mail to confirm a return is on the way.
If the item is incorrect or not as described we will issue a full refund.
Please note that returns for orders over $1500 paid with a credit card or PayPal are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
Items in the Collectibles and Vintage category are sold as-is. No returns will be accepted.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax to all the orders shipping within New York state.
Shipping
We ship all packages via USPS, UPS or FedEx. International orders ship also via Global Post.
